BBQ & Swimming with New Friends

Today we went over to our friend Laura and Dave's house for a BBQ. We had lots of fun!

No words...girls week continues

Girls dinner with Grandma

Tonight we had our girls dinner with Grandma Shirley at Macayo's...our favorite mexican food place. Madison loved having the girls together for dinner. Tacos, Cheese Crisp, Red Corn Chicken Taquitos, Margaritas, Lemonade on the Rocks, and Tamales...oh my! We rolled out of there and of course had lots of leftovers to eat the next day...mexican food is so good the next day. Next time we will have to do a girls trip to San Diego on Grandma Shirley & Grandpa John's boat while the boys stay at home...

Tea Time with Mommy...

Maddie and I had a tea party tonight. We had a blast...Maddie makes really good tea. It is so much fun having just the girls at home, but we do miss the boys.

Kick off to girl's week...

Today the boys left for Camp Hope which is a camp for kids ages 8-15 who have a parent or loved one with MS. This is a way for them to have fun all week...Jason decided to be a chaperone at the camp so he could give back to the MS Society since they do so much for all of us with MS. After they left Maddie and I painted her tea set she got from her aunt and uncle. We had so much fun painting together. Then we watched a girl movie and took a nice little nap together. It was a fun way to kick off a girl's only week!

More birthday celebrations...

Tonight we went over to Jason's parents house for dinner to celebrate Nolan and Jason's birthday with them. The great thing about having such a big family is we are always celebrating! We had Nana Jean's famous wine burgers and cherry pie (Jason's b-day request). The kids had fun with their cousins playing on the big water slide. Jason and Nolan got a XBOX 360...they can't wait to play it after their camping trip. The kids stayed the night with their cousins...Jason and I went out for a little bit then we had to finish packing all of their stuff for camping since they leave tomorrow...

20/30's Squad

Tonight we went to our 20/30's Squad meeting at Sam's Cafe. The kids went over to their Uncle Jeff's house and had lots o fun with him. We had fun seeing all of our new and old friends.

Happy Birthday Jason (Daddy)!

Today we celebrated Jason's birthday. We had a fun low key night at home with tacos and presents. The kids got Jason a cow Webkins and a hulk football key chain. I got him a new polo, Hawaiian shirt, and shorts. Madison put planned a birthday party in her room with food, tea, and cupcake for the birthday boy. Jason had a great birthday!
